As someone who has recently completed a digital minimalism detox, I can say firsthand that it was a challenging but ultimately rewarding experience.

Postmortem (the time after the 30 days)
As I reflect on my digital minimalism detox, it's clear that while I was able to complete the challenge and experience some benefits, I've since fallen a little bit back into my old habits 😅. In particular, I've found myself getting lost in the endless scroll of YouTube and consuming a wide range of content, both good and bad.
BUT... I was able to keep a few things 🥳
Turned off most notifications on your phone
Waiting until lunchtime to watch content or news
Canceled my YouTube Premium Subscription
Reading books every day
Ultimately, it's up to me to decide how I want to approach digital minimalism in the future. While it may be challenging to change my habits, the benefits of increased focus, productivity, and mental well-being are worth the effort. It's time for me to take control of my digital life and make the changes necessary to lead a more fulfilling and balanced life.
